Span 80, one of our most manufactured food-additives

1. In producing dairy products such as beverages, ice cream, toffee, and butter, adding Span 60 can significantly suppress or even eliminate air bubbles and improve the products’ stability while maintaining the products’ taste.

2. Add Span 60 can foam in cake baking, fluffing the cake by generating air bubbles. Therefore, integrating more water and oil into the cake contributes to improving the cake’s quality.
Producing bread and steamed buns can also achieve the same effect by adding Span 60.
